Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) This position reports to the Director Member services and compliance and oversees the operations of VNPF inspectors and legal officers |
| | 2) Ensure the enforcement of the VNPF ACT |
| | 3) Employ modern compliance techniques |
| | 4) Reduce the proportion of non-contributing members |
| | 5) Oversee prosecution processes and out of court settlements |
| | 6) Advise the general manager on compliance and other legal issues |
| | 7) Keep the compliance department updated on legal requirements |
| | 8) Take an active approach on the management team towards the achievement of the fund’s long-term objectives. |

| | - Will have a law degree with at least 5 - 7 years experience in practicing law; Strong management, negotiation, communication and advocacy skills are essential along with a successful; Proven track |
| | record in law practice |
| | - Have high inter-personal skills and the ability to work as a team. |
