| | We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Accountant or Assistant Financial Controller who is ready to take the next step in their career with the guidance and support of our Australian-based head office. |
| | Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) Responsible for producing accurate and timely financial reports reflecting the performance and financial status of the resort entity |
| | 2) Ensuring tight financial controls are maintained and enhanced in compliance with group directives, policies and sound accounting practices while maintaining absolute financial integrity over financial ledgers and reporting |
| | 3) Will develop and maintain financial and operational forecasting and budgeting models and report and ensure compliance with the various regulatory returns such as VAT, FBT, ITR and transfer pricing. |

| | - Previous experience in the role of financial controller is not necessary and this really could be your opportunity to gain valuable insight into the role while working in a global arena; Have extensive |
| | senior accounting experience and experience in resort/hotel accounting |
| | - Proven ability to lead, motivated and train a team; CA/CPA qualifications or studying towards; Ability to meet regular monthly deadlines; Hands on approach; Exposure to a multi-currency environment |
| | - Attention to detail and accuracy; Ability to provide outstanding customer service; Possess above average communications skills. |
