| | Vanuatu Post is seeking for a dynamic individual to join their Philatelic Bureau team based in Port Vila as Stamp Custodian, and Team Leader in the Philatelic Bureau. A job description and further information can be obtained from Hansel Liunamel upon request. Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) Controls bulk stock of stamp for supply to counters, post offices, archives and philatelists agencies and exhibitions |
| | 2) Philatelic team leader |
| | 3) Conduct stamp counts and audits and any other philatelic product stock control |
| | 4) Administrative matters in the Philatelic and Administration unit for VPL. |
| | Interested applicant must have the following requirements: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Minimum of 2 years in sales, retail, accounting and/or customer service industry with a good service/product knowledge; Book keeping certificate in recognized technical school such as VIT or tertiary level |
| | education; Computer literate with good knowledge of microsoft excel and other microsoft applications; Strong oral and written communication skills in bislama and english french is an advantage |
| | - Strong analytical skills; Ability to meet deadlines; Knowledge of product costing; Strong customer service standard focus; Knowledge and experience of stock management is an advantage; Continuous |
| | improvement focus; Able to take additional responsibilities when required. |
