| | - Have an understanding and interest in learning about the oganizational and the humanitarian emergency field; Work with community volunteers on the application of CBDRM tools, risk mapping and potential |

| | - Ability to organize, implement and manage awareness and training events; Willing to travel within the target area and on open sea. |
