| | Interested person must have the following requirements: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - A diploma/degree in a field related to development and/or management experience in field research; At least 2 years of proven experience on logical framework approach and other strategy planning |
| | approach; Must have good understanding in working with major donors |
| | - Able to develop the overall framework for the project in accordance to world vision vanuatu LEAP requirment for example annual project revies, participatory impact assessments, process monitoring |
| | operations monitoring and lessons learned workshops |
| | - Must have good organizing and training skills; Excellent english communicationskills (oral and written); Ability to work in and contribute to team building environment; Current drivers license will be required |
