WHS & QA HACCP Risk Advisor

 

Selection Criteria:

• HACCP and Food QC knowledge
• Definite experience within the food industry
• Excellent general knowledge of food safety and quality hazards, risks and control measures
• Possess strong planning and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability supporting the implementation and maintenance of quality systems and standards
• Demonstrated involvement in and support of audit processes within a business
• Understanding of continuous improvement processes
• Manage and maintain currency of QA manuals / SOPs and work instructions
• Understand and manage other QA systems, such as an effective induction and training programme
• Educate Managers and employees about the company's accreditation and food safety requirements
• Support projects driven by the General Manager regarding production efficiencies, quality, safety and site/facilities maintenance.
• Ensure consistent quality standards are maintained in all production areas including lab testing and document control
• Supporting Incident investigation, hazard identification, risk assessment and control
• Oversee and ensure adherence to safety recording and reporting requirements
• Coordinate safety compliance requirements including auditing, documentation and record keeping
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Current driver's licence

Quality Control HACCP Process Manager

 

Selection Criteria:

• Experience in production scheduling related to product manufacture.
• Experience with inventory and stock management
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills including experience
• Data management and analysis skills
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice, HACCP, Food Safety and Quality Standards
• Familiarity with Australian Food Standard Code & FDA requirements
• Perform in-process inspections at all stages of production
• Shelf-life assessment
• Performing quality tests
• Raw Material monitoring and assessment
• Maintaining and calibrating production instruments and equipment
• Control of non-conforming product – hold, rework, reassess, reject
• Monitoring outgoing products
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills
• Ability to work unsupervised and with cross functional team
• Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
• Solid work ethic, reliable, honest and trustworthy
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
