| Operating as an importer and distributor of wholesale foods, our client is seeking an experienced individual to control all administrative aspects of this successful business in Port Vila. |

| Some of the key tasks and responsibilities include: |

| - Overall responsibility for management of 6 staff including supervision, training, payroll and HR functions. |
| - Maintaining integrity of cash, stock, credit management etc… |
| - Providing transparency around financial processing functions |
| - Writing reports for senior management, monthly and anually |
| - Responding to customer enquires and complaints |
| - And much more. |
| Criteria: |
| - This role reports to the Country Manager so you will need a minimum of five years experience at senior level. |
| - Experience within a commercial operation that has import/wholesale/distribution as its primary source of income is ideal. |
