This exciting position needs a Manager who can truly motivate, challenge and lead the sales team, which consists of various telecom product portfolios from GSM, 3G, ICT products etc. Your key objectives will be to deliver bottom line growth for the organization from your sales team. You will require skills in setting KPI’s, monitoring sales trends and growth, identifying potential growth opportunities, and delivering training. You will be mentoring, challenging, and inspiring your team to its full potential.
We are looking for people with drive, stamina and knowledge who have a sound understanding of the Vanuatu culture and people.
Please note you must have a Telecommunication background to be considered. Vanuatu Locals and expatriates are encouraged to apply for this role.

Essential Criteria:
• Telecommunications experience.
• Experience in Sales Management and be able to demonstrate how your role contributed to increased sales for the organisation.
• Demonstrate experience leading and a driving a team to achieve successful results.
• Evidence of setting KPI’s, monitoring sales trends and growth and identifying potential growth opportunities, or delivered training in previous positions.
• Previous experience delivering training.
