Job Description:
You will be reporting directly to the General Manager and be responsible for increasing sales growth throughout Vanuatu in the agriculture, horticulture and animal health industries. You will be required to maintain relationships with our current client base and also to develop new sales and product opportunities that present themselves within the market. You will be required to provide training to our Ni-Vanuatu staff in Agchem, Fertilizer, and Seed handling and management procedures.

Criteria:
- Minimum of five years management and merchandise sales experience in the Agricultural, Horticultural and Animal Health industries
- Strong analytical and reporting skills to analyse sales performance and make recommendations for improvements
- Must be familiar with EXO Business Management and Point of Sale or similar software systems
- Experience in Tender process, quoting and purchasing from a wide range of overseas suppliers
- Must be self-motivated, reliable and an honest worker
- Hold a valid driver’s licence
- Experience in the operation and maintenance of agricultural machinery would be an advantage.
