Job Desctiption:
Iririki Island Resort & Spa is seeking an experienced and suitably qualified professional to join our team as Sales Manager.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Drive revenue growth through the sale of resort packages, including groups, events, and tours, while ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience from booking through departure.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Operations, and guests to ensure a smooth and coordinated guest journey.
• Collaborate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Marketing teams to deliver flawless service execution.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and guest feedback to refine sales initiatives and service strategies.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and exceptional customer service across all departments.
• Lead by example, demonstrating high standards of professionalism and guest engagement.
• Review upcoming bookings and events with relevant departments to ensure operational readiness.
• Use sales data and performance insights to review and adjust sales strategies as required.
Selection Criteria:
Selection Criteria:
• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in Sales and Marketing.
• High school certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Strong working knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
• Excellent customer service and report-writing skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Computer literate with the ability to analyse and interpret data.
• Ability to maintain a safe working environment and comply with company policies and procedures at all times.
