Bar Supervisor x 1
JD : Responsibility includes Scheduling and Staffing, Training and Development:, Performance
Management, Communication, Inventory Control, Cash Handling, Service Standards, Cleanliness and Maintenance, Safety and Security, Greeting and Serving Customers, Addressing Customer Issues, Sales and Promotion etc. and reporting to bar manager.
Banquet Supervisor x 1
JD : Responsibility includes Supervising staff, Event planning and setup, Logistics and execution, Communication, Problem-solving, Coordination with other departments, Customer service, Training and development, Cost control, Inventory management, Maintaining cleanliness and order, Performing other duties as assigned etc. and reporting to F & B Manager.
Restaurant Supervisor x 1
JD: - Supervise and coordinate staff during shifts, Ensure high-quality food and beverage service, Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards, Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance management, Support inventory control and ordering supplies, Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
