We are seeking applications for a Sales Officer to join our diverse Lending Team in Port Vila Office. If you are a go-getter with exceptional marketing persona and good analytical skills we would be keen to hear from you.
Job Desctiption:
Key Responsibilities
Establish relationships with new customers and maintain and build on relationships with existing clients
Promote and market Company's finance products and services
Compile, analyse and verify loan applications to determine eligibility etc.
Engage in day-to-day marketing activities and ensure that our clientele are adequately covered through regular visitations etc.
Work closely with the Team Leader Sales and ensure that agreed targets are achieved
As and when required, assist with day – to – day administrative work & debt collection support
Attend to day-to-day customer enquiries and ensure our clients get priority customer attention at all times
Selection Criteria:
Qualifications & Experience
At least must have Diploma level qualification in Business Studies or related discipline
Previous experience in similar industry will be an advantage
Must be highly customer driven with exceptional people & business relationship skills
Be a team player with an optimistic mindset
Must possess strong analysis and outstanding communication skills
Willing to work under pressure with minimum supervision
Must be a self-starter with enthusiasm and drive to identify business opportunities
Should have clean driving license
