Job Desctiption:
At Taste of India Restaurant, we have a passion for making sure customers have an enjoyable time & delicious authentic Indian food. We are currently looking for a Head Chef to join our team.
Selection Criteria:
-This candidate must posses a minimum 3 years experience in a managerial position preferably in a 3
star Hotel or Restaurant.
- Prior experience in the same similar position.
- Minimum 5 years experience in the hospitality industry.
- Qualification in hospitality.
- Ability to maintain high standard of food quality presentation and services.
- Posses strong knowledge and commitment in culinary skills.
- Knowledge of cost control inventories and purchasing procedures.
- Computer skills.
- A decisive leader who focuses on building a team spirit and achievement goals.
- Experience in conducting training in this area is essential.
- Be able to work under pressure.
- Fluent in English in writing and communicating.
- Good communication skill and proficient in planning.
