Job Desctiption:
Key Responsibilities
Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
Maintain a level of personal appearance consistent with the standards set by the company
Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Assist in documentation of loan files
Receipting and banking & reporting on the same.
Assist with customer follow up on repayments
Assist with any other administrative duties as needed (reporting, record keeping)
Assist with day-to-day operation of the branch.
Selection Criteria:
High School diploma or certificate level from Tertiary institute.
Basic familiarity with computerized data entry
Ability to follow established accounting-related procedures
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Ability to greet people in a professional and respectful manner
Minimum one (1) year of work experience involving receipting, reconciliation & customer handling within the last 3 years
