Organisation Description:
SSP VANUATU is a petroleum services company who supply, store and distribute hydrocarbons fuels and lubricants products under Shell license.
Job Desctiption:
# Maintain monthly physical inventory of Santo, Malekula and Pekoa Depots.
# Establish daily meter reconciliations, physical tank gauges, supervise product transfers.
# Ensure rotating inventories and orders of lubricant products.
# Entering bulk and pack products into stock.
# Filing of inventory documents.
Selection Criteria:
• Ability to be self motivated and work independently without supervision
• Minimum secondary education: year 13
• Good understanding and upholding of Company Policies
• Ability to interpret and apply HSSE and quality policies and practices.
• At least 3 years experience in stock management and accounting.
• Desired Skills and Experience (years and nature) :
- Strong background in stock control
- Strong analytical skills
• Competent use of data processing tools (MS word, Excel and Outlook)
• Ability to work, during weekends and after normal working hours.
• Possession of Driver's License
Salary:
