Job Desctiption:
Mangoes Resort & Restaurant is looking for a qualified chef that can work full time/ casual and can work during weekends and holidays.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Ensuring food quality and taste is of the highest standard
* Maintaining health and hygiene in the kitchen
* Ensure that all dishes are cooked well and presented in an aesthetically pleasing way
* Maintain a clean kitchen at all times
* Work in a safe and efficient manner
* Prep kitchen before meal times
Selection Criteria:
* Experience in a restaurant or hotel as a chef
* Has Food Safety Training Certificate from MOH
* The ability to make good food consistently, even in a busy kitchen
* Ability to produce excellent high-quality food
* Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work
* High level of attention to detail
* Enthusiasm to develop your own skills and knowledge plus those around you
* Willingness to work nights and weekends
* Capable of following instructions without variation
