Selection Criteria | 
| 
Essential:  At least two years kitchen experience or relevant cooking qualifications. Flexibility. Although the job is mostly Monday to Friday, there can be early starts, evening and weekend work. Physical fitness. The job requires some heavy lifting and long hours of kitchen duties. Ability to work in a youth focused environment. Desirable: Understanding of the importance of nutrition for a healthy life. Commitment to preparing nutritious food. Willingness to learn new skills particularly around sharing your knowledge in cooking in workshop situations. |
