Motivated, experienced chef required to run the F&B
Dept which includes A la Carte dining restaurant, beach cafe, room service,
weekly events and wedding receptions. We are looking for a passionate food
professional wanting to take this area of the resort and oversee and assist the
kitchen teams in the delivery of great quality dining.
Criteria:
- Must have previous experience in this type of role
- Menu creation, food costing & stock control skills required
- Must be able to work most weekends
- Self-starter, able to take control and work unsupervised.
