Job Description: 
The Melanesian Port Vila is current seeking to hire
three (3) Chef de Partie for the below job description:  
Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your specialitySupervising and training any commis chef working with youHelping the sous chef and Executive chef to develop new dishes and menusEnsuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safetyMonitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins. |

Criteria:
 
Previous experience of at least 3 - 5 years working
in a busy kitchen Have to be punctual, neat and tidy and maintain high level of hygieneShould be confident within all sections in a kitchen operationsPossess good interpersonal skillsBe very customer focusedHave a good understanding of food cost controlBe able to prepare all food item to order,
following standard recipes and procedures with specific time limitsBe
able to prepare food to order and requested temperatureBe a team player and work well under pressureBe a Vanuatu citizen currently living in Port Vila.
