Job Description:
  • Be able to use the computer / enter sales
  • Assist customers throughout the day
  • Manage the boys / deliveries / sales / stocks
  • Speak with customers politely and provide them with the necessary information to make the sale
  • Communicate with staff / customers in English / Bislama, if possible even French
  • Update the general manager with the necessary information if away.
Criteria:
Qualifications required:
  • Have at least 2 - 3 years’ experience helping the general manager with the managerial role i.e. make sure boys are doing the necessary work, customer are being handled properly, sales are being entered correctly
  • Qualified with using the computer for 3 – 4 years – able to use Excel / Word / Retail Manager
  • Able to provide reference letters from teachers / old employers.
