Job Description:
Vanuatu Brewing Limited is looking for
suitable applicant for the position mentioned.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Contribute to setup and apply for the maintenance strategies
- Guarantee the availability of all production equipment’s
- Contribute in analyzing and Improving efficiency and
productivity
- Ensure the curative maintenance (planning and follow up)
- Put in place and manage the preventive maintenance
(planning, follow up, cost…)
- Put in place and improve the maintenance KPI (machine
downtime, etc.…)
- Ensure the availability of the spare parts and their
managements (order, value, consumption cost, etc.….)
- Be responsible for external contractors
- Create and improve the maintenance procedure
- Manage and supervise the maintenance workshop
- Oversees that the factory buildings are always in good
condition.
- Contribute in establishing of the maintenance and
investments budget
- Follow up the annual maintenance budget
- Contribute to the study and implementation of a new
industrial project
- Ensure that the connected staffs work safely.
