Job Description:
TTSPH trading as Asco Motors in Vanuatu is seeking an experience automotive business leader for an exciting opportunity.
TTSPH supports seven direct owners affiliated Toyota Distribution within the south pacific, namely Papua New Guinea, Fiji, Vanuatu, Solomon Islands, Samoa, American Samoa, Tonga.
Asco Motor is looking to recruit a highly motivated and professional service manager to join our operation, and lead the service and panel department. The position reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for driving the service and panel business.
Duties:
  • Increaseing sales revenue, market share and maximizing gross profit on all service and panel sales
  • Training, development and enhancing the technical ability of all service and panel staff
  • Development close relationships with all major service and panel accounts
  • Identify new business opportunity and development business opportunities
  • Reinforcing Toyota Service Processes and systems.

        Criteria: 
        • A minimum of 5 years practical automotive experience in Service operation along with technical qualification
        • A proactive approach to business development
        • Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a team environment
        • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English and training -coaching skills
        • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of applications and ERA automotive system
        • A productive and efficient work ethic.

              		Salary:

              An attractive salary and benefit package will be offered, which includes an annual performance bonus and a fully maintained vehicle.
