| Job Description: | 
| Triangle Business Solutions is seeking for a Technical Trainer contracted by Triangle but working as part of a team within the Ministry of Education. |

| The Technical Trainer will: | 
| 1) Help MoE officers build capacity and training materials for a national schools based management program | 
| 2) Plan and carry out training of trainers training in Port Vila and the provinces | 
| 3) Assist with implementing school based management training and program in selected locations | 
| 4) Travel to provinces. | 
| Interested applicant must possess the following: | 
| Criteria: | 
| - Minimum 5 years good track record in training; Capacity building skills | 
| - Good knowledge of business or budget planning and management; Very good written and presentation skills | 
| - Trainer in public, private or civil sector; Degree or equivalent qualification | 
| - Able to relate well to others at government and local levels | 
| - Sympathetic to the practical challenges of decentralization in the provinces. | 
| Salary: | 
| Equivalent to local consultancy rate. |
