| | 5) You will be a relationship and network builder, illustrating a previous ability to develop contact bases towards meeting business objectives. |

| | - Proven ability to develop and implement customer focused strategies and superior performance in managing a customer base, preferably in a banking environment; Strong capabilities in sourcing customer |

| | - Demonstrated leadership experience and a high level interpersonal and communication skills is required; Preferably tertiary qualified; Ability to communicate fluently in english, french and bislama will be an |
