| | Busy hotel and resort sales team is looking for a dynamic sales co-ordinator to focus on growing corporate business. This is a genuine vacancy offering an opportunity for training and professional development, working with team with vast hospitality experience. Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) Working with the sales manager, you will be responsible for accommodation, conferencing and banqueting |
| | 2) You will also perform general sales administration and guest services duties and provide assistance to other members of the team as required. |
| | Interested applicant must have the following: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Proven experience and achivements in a sales co-ordination role; Administrative experience an advantage; Demonstrated strong customer service skills; Ability to work autonomously and display initiative |
| | - Fluent in english and bislama, french an advantage; High standard of personal presentation; An understanding of the local business community, government offices and NGO's will be an advantage |
| | - Hotel/resort industry experience preferred; Advanced computer literacy-ideally microsoft excel, word, powerpoint, access, outlookor equivalent; Maintain a positive attitudeto customers and handle |

| | - Willingness and ability to work evening/weekend hours as required. |
