| | In Vanuatu, Asco Motor is the dominant automotive sealer/ distributor. Asco motor markets quality products with franchise that include Toyota, Yamaha and hino. Based in port vila, this role reports directly to the chief executive officer/director of the TTSPH group bases in Brisbane, Australia. Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) All aspects of managing a multi-franchised dealership encompassing sales, service, parts, panel and tyre and batteries |
| | 2) Increasing profitability and market share |
| | 3) Business expansion through the identification and development of new business opportunities |
| | 4) Promoting a progressive professional image and enhancing the presence of the company in the community |
| | 5) Leading and developing the management team and ensuring a proactive emphasis is given to the training and development of all employees. |
| | Interested applicant must have the following requirements: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - At least 5-10 years general management dealership experience; A tertiary business degree; Excellent leadership, administration and communication skills; Computer literacy with MS office suite skills |
| | - A hands-on approach to management and the development of staff; An understanding of the cultural sensitivity of the people, country and customs |
| | - High levels of numeracy; strong analytical skills and the ability to problem solving. |
