| | 1) As Head of Private Bank, you will lead a team who spend more time getting to know their customers |
| | 2) Understanding who they are, and discovering their goals |
| | 3) You and your team will draw on the full power of ANZ our investment specialists, and network around Asia Pacific to create a banking solution that is unique to each customer |
| | 4) Your team will aim to provide a different approach in this market |
| | 5) Its about understanding our customer’s individual financial situation, and preferences, rather than simply selling products |
| | 6) You will lead a team that is the financial partner of choice for many leading individuals, executives and business owners. |

| | - Proven ability to develop and implement customer focused strategies, and superior performance in managing a customer base, preferably in a banking environment; Strong capabilities in sourcing customer |
| | data, and sound planning and organisational skills is required; You will be a relationship and network builder, illustrating a previous ability to develop contact bases towards meeting business objectives |
| | - Demonstrated leadership experience, and a high level interpersonal and communication skills is required; You are preferably tertiary qualified; The ability to communicate fluently in english, french and |
