| | Criteria: |
| | - Must have at least 5 years experience in community development or relief with management experience; A diploma or degree in a field related to development and or management and experience in field |
| | research; Must have clear understanding of working with major donors |
| | - Able to manage,coordinate and implement development program in Tanna; Be able to manage more than 20 staffs and oversee the daily operations of the office; Assist to coordinate project staff training and |
| | development opportunities; Must have good interpersonal skills cross cultural sensitivity |
| | - To monitor and evaluate budgeted and actual expenditures for each project and submit report to finance; Effective in written and oral communication and able to speak and write with a high standard of |
| | english; Ability to submit timely narrative reports; Has the ability to work and contribute to team building environment |
| | - Proficient in microsoft word,excel and email is a must; Must obtain a current drivers license. |
