| | Applications are invited for the position of Butcher / Chef for Air Vanuatu (Operations) Limited. The position will be base at Air Vanuatu Catering Centre, Port Vila, Vanuatu. The position will report directly to the Manager Catering. |
| | Applications must be suitably qualified for this position and meet the following requirements: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - At least a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position / role; Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) systems and procedures; Creative and energetic team player |
| | - Ability to train, motivate and supervise other staff; Knowledge of portion and stock control; Must be able to provide police clearence and a medical report declaring fit for all dutied |
| | - Ability to work a 7 day rotating shift roster; Energetic team player who can saw initiative nad lead by example. |
