| | Successful applicant must have the following: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - A tertiary qualification in accounting and or relevant hotels and resort finance experience; A minimum of 3 years experience in a 4stars hotel or resorts |
| | - Strong IT knowledge and familiarity with opra and mycros fidelio is an advantage; Meticulous approach and experience of accounting practices including financial reporting, operating budjet, cash flow |
| | management and financial forecasting |
| | - The ability to contribute to senior management on long range strategies and business plans; Exceptional communication skills, coupled with the ability to lead and manage a small team. |
