| | The suitable candidate for this position should posses the following below: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Tertiary qualification with more than 3 years experience in disaster preparedness and response in humanitarian emergency settings; Must have a formal qualification in disaster preparedness, vulnerability |
| | assessment with practical funds on experience will be an advantage |
| | - Have an understanding and interest in learning about the organization and the humanitarian emergency field; Work with community volunteers on the application of CBDRM tools risk mapping and potential |
| | evacuation and management plans |
| | - Ability to organize, implement and manage awareness and training events; Be willing to work outside of working hours and be willing to travel with target and open seas |
