| Job Description: |
| The Utilities Regulatory Authority of Vanuatu (URA) was established in 2008 as the regulator of electricity and water services in Vanuatu. |
| The position will be responsible for developing a wide range of information and communication on electricity and water matters to enable the URA to effectively inform consumers and the public generally. |
| The URA seeks to recruit a person who has qualifications in any one of these areas below: |
| Criteria: |
| - Economics; Law; and Engineering or a combination of these disciplines |
| - Requires website designing ability; Who can be available for a period of up to 12 months |
| - Must have excellent working knowledge of word and excel and excellent report writing and communications skills; The person must possess a high level of research and analytical skills. |
| - Will have experience of working directly with the URA staff and management to develop and improve communications material. |
| - Will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize and perform the duties with minimal supervision. |
