The Beach Bar now invites applications from suitable qualified persons for the position mentioned.
Manage the daily operations and activities of all areas of the food and beverage in a very busy establishment, including liaising with guests, employees, and the community. You'll be managing the overall operations for all components of the business, including the restaurant, bar and water sporting facilities. Supported by a team of up to 30 local staff employed across all areas of catering, chefs, front of house, bartenders, bookkeeping and grounds keeping.
