The university of the south pacific is seeking to appoint a person to the position of clerical officer/IT officer at the santo sub-centre of USP at luganville. Duties and responsibilities:

1) Responsible for the administration of a variety of administrative duties including student enrolments and registration, student filings, collection of fees and the receipting of payments

2) Liaise with the emalus campus of USP

3) Responsible for on-site support for all IT and computer related developments at the sub centre

4) Play a key role in the USPnet services as the first point of contact for information technology issues

5) Applicant will be expected to produce regular reports regarding the administration of the sub centre

6) This position reports to the sub-centre coordinator.
