Job Desctiption:
1. Plan and execute audits, ensuring compliance with laws and policies.
2. Prepare and review accurate financial statements for decision-making.
3. Oversee tax returns and provide strategic tax planning.
4. Supervise, train, and mentor junior staff for high-quality output.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve audit issues.
Selection Criteria:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• CPA or equivalent.
• At least 2 years' experience working as an auditor.
• Excel, Xero and MYOB experience.
• The ability to consider problems and recommend practical solutions.
• Positive person, team player, proactive thinker.
• Strong motivation with a proven ability to work as part of a team and to use initiative.
• Understanding and knowledge of accounting principles and reporting standards.
