Organisation Description:
Calibre Project Managers is seeking a qualified and motivated Civil Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction and infrastructure projects.
Job Desctiption:
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and manage construction projects such as roads, buildings, and drainage systems
• Prepare project plans, estimates, and reports
• Monitor project progress and ensure work meets legal, safety, and quality standards
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other team members
• Solve technical issues and recommend improvements
Selection Criteria:
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineering License (preferred or required, based on location)
• Minimum of 2 (two) years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design software
• Strong communication and project management skills
