Job Desctiption:
Acquisition, overseeing quotes prepared by staff, overseeing pricing, preparing quotes, checking and collecting outstanding's, mentoring the sales so as to meet the targets, preparing sales and marketing strategies for the company.
Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization, brand promotion. Maintaining and improving relationships with the client. Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products, maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing and maintaining networks. Providing weekly reports of field operations.
Selection Criteria:
Minimum 3 years of Sales Experience, influent English and Bislama. Holding a valid drivers License. Degree or similar qualifications in sales. Ability to professionally managing clients and multiple priorities. Good business ethics, keen to keep on develop skills and business relationship. Readiness to gain knowledge in designated field. Ability to work flexibly in challenging situations. Advance skill of Microsoft office and multimedia platforms such as Facebook.
Salary:
Varied from 150.000 - 350.000 depending on performances, Business phone and Laptop will be provided
