Job Desctiption:
Key Responsibilities 
  	Financial accounting, cash flow management and financial reporting
  	Managing the accounting function and finance staff on a day to day basis
  	Preparation of Reserve Bank of Vanuatu reports
  	Compilation of annual budget & forecast reports
  	Year-end financial statements preparation and audit
  	Treasury and financial risk management
  	Information systems planning and control
  	Administration and asset management 
  	Drive the continuous improvement of end-to-end accounting practices
  	Administer company regulatory & compliance matters
Selection Criteria:
Qualifications & Experience
  	Tertiary qualifications in finance, business administration or related  discipline
  	A CPA or CA member from other recognised accounting body is highly  preferred
  	5 years or more proven experience in finance management (auditing  experience, compliance oriented)
  	Good communications skills (written/verbal)
  	Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
  	Proficiency in accounting software, data base, Microsoft applications
  	Strong leadership skills
  	Excellent interpersonal skills
