Job Desctiption:
- Responsible for all activities relevant to the Resort Hub & Guest Excursion and assisting guests with their queries.
- Introducing merchandise products and tour products to guests.
- Assist guests with their tours and excursion bookings.
Selection Criteria:
- Good communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with guests and colleagues.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office Systems.
- High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent.
- 1 or 2 years experience in guest and customer service, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
