The Vanuatu National Provident Fund (VNPF) was established under the Vanuatu National Provident Fund Act [CAP 189] to provide security for workers during their working life and into retirement.
Job Desctiption:
We are currently advertising the position of Office Cleaner Santo Branch to join the VNPF team.
Reporting to Executive Manager Branch, this position provides valuable support to the entire workforce and VNPF Santo office environment. This position ensures that all surfaces including equipment, desks and office tables are dusted/ polished, sweep and mop the floors, clean sinks, taps, draining board and basins, notify administration when materials are running low so that they can be ordered and other duties as directed by Superior.
Criteria needed for this Position are:
Education
• Completion of secondary education is preferred.
• Must be physically fit and able to carry out physical demanding tasks
Selection Criteria:
Experience
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role or office work environment is essential.
Skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Willingness to be part of a team
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision
• Decision making skills
• Effective communications skills
