security for workers during their working life and into retirement.

Job Description
|
|
We currently have an opportunity for two (2) Property Officers
to join the Fund.
Reporting to the Property Manager, the position will enable the successful incumbents to provide liaison with potential and current VNPF building tenants, building contractors, security providers, service companies and office Staff in VNPF for the maintenance of all the VNPF properties. The officers must oversee building inspections and be able to administer tenants’ complaints towards positive outcomes. |

• Demonstrates excellent leadership and interpersonal skills • Good verbal and written communications skills • Computer literate, have analytical, problem solving and investigative skills • Positive attitude and a team player • Must be confident and able to work under pressure • Demonstrates high ethical standards of behaviour • Leadership & decision making skills and has ability to manage his/her work • Passion for excellence and potential to develop further We are requesting applicants with a Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Property Management and Administration or higher in Real Estate. You must have at least 3 years of experience or more within the field or in similar role.
