Job Description | 
| 
Greet customers. Make reservations,and seat quests when tables are available. Hand out menus and explain menu items and specials. Take customer orders and deliver to food servers. Deliver prepared food to customers and clean tables. Handle customer complaints. Verify customer satisfaction with service and selected food items. Process customer payments. |

Selection Criteria | 
| 
Must be a Ni-Vanuatu
  currently living in Port Vila, URBAN area. Must be year 10-13 school leaver. Must have at at least 3 years of previous experience in the food and beverage department. Posses good interpersonal and communication skills. Be willing to work long hours during busy period. Be punctual and trustworthy. Be willing to learn new tasks. Have a clean police report. Have the ability to work with less supervision. French speaking is preferred but not necessary required. Must provide Face Book page to facilitate the process for short listing. |
