Job Description

We are looking for a
person with experience who can help us improve our already well deserved
reputation for reliability and quality.
Our new team member will:
• Use expertise to provide quality control and set internal expectations for all stages of the manufacturing process, resulting in excellence of finished goods • Manage schedules with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all goods deliver on time • Set and manage forecasts and budgets with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all goods are produced on or below budget • Drive innovation through presenting new materials and manufacturing opportunities to management • Act as a role model in approach to unforeseen changes and rush projects. Be flexible with change |

Selection Criteria
|
|
What We Want:
4+ years in a program, project or production role, retail experience is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; French is a plus
Ability to work independently as well as with a team
Experience and desire to lead, mentor and work within a team
Willingness to be flexible with change and approach projects with a can-do,
friendly attitude to customer service
Expertise in manufacturing, liaising with external vendors and internal
teams
Familiar with MYOB, Retail Manager, Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ensure compliance with applicable Vanuatu laws, regulations, and/or company
policies, procedures, work rules, standards and guidelines, etc.
