Job Description

The role involves the
following duties:
* Oversee and manage all food preparation * Oversee and manage all food ordering and stock control * Manage all restaurant staff * With resort management create new menus and specials * Prepare food & beverage cost analysis reports for management * Manage the kitchen and restaurant floor during service |

Selection Criteria
|
|
The successful candidate
must have the following qualities:
* 10 years experience as a food and beverage manager in a similar level resort or restaurant * Fluent in English * Must have Vanuatu residency * Must have good personality to be able to converse successfully with guests |
