  a Degree in Land Management and/or legal studies Special Business Education: Land Management & Real Estate Experience: Three years progressive work experience in lands (planning administration, lands record for registration & lease execution section) Special skills: some legal knowledge and public relations skills & social equality Thinking style: Analytical thinker Communication/ Interpersonal skills: Must be fluent in English, French and Bislama is an advantage Behavioural competencies: Cooperative, honest and confident in oneself as an officer/ leader who can be trusted and respected and must be a team player. |
