The General Manager tasks include: PRODUCT AND SERVICE RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT - FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT -ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT - STAFF MANAGEMENT - MANAGEMENT OF ORDERING AND STOCK - CUSTOMER RELATIONS - MARKETING - PLACE REGULATIONS, HYGENE AND SAFETY- PROPERTY MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT - POWER SYSTEM MANAGEMENT |

Selection Criteria | 
| 
The successful applicant
  will have the following Qualifications: -Must have a minimum of one year successful Restaurant/Bar/Accommodation management experience -Must have a minimum of 5 years general management experience in Financial, Administrative management, and management of staff. -Must have a strong background in stock order and inventory management. -Must be personable and adept at Customer relations, Marketing and Media management. -Must understand and control proper Hygiene and Safety requirements. -Must be fluent in spoken and written English and able to correspond by e-mail, facebook, WhatsApp and Messanger. -An applicant who meets the above qualification and also has a background in Facilities Maintenance and Power system (solar) management will be preferred. |
