Job Description
|

We are now seeking an
Engineer/Project Manager to oversee the construction of New projects
undertaken by Island Constructions Ltd in Efate and through out Vanuatu.
Suitable qualifications and experience in Civil Engineering and Project Management is desirable. Reporting to the General Manager, duties includes:- -Project management and supervision -Material supply, ordering and control -Construction Plant planning -Subcontractor Coordination and supervision -OHS&E -QA and QC Control -Staff Timesheet -Design & Drafting & Doing Take-offs |

Selection Criteria
|
|
The person must have the following Qualification &
Experience
-Be a holder of a Diploma or Bachelor in Civil Engineering -Be experience in project management for at least 3 years -Be analytical and practical thinker with outstanding communication and reporting skill -Be a team leader and be able to manage and lead over 20 personnel -Be able to work unsupervised & under pressure to meet expected targets -Be able to work on remote places on islands through out Vanuatu -Computer Skills in MS Office & Excel -Must have a Valid Drivers License |
