Job Description:

Europcar Rentals Vanuatu is seeking an experienced Rental Supervisor. Key duties & Responsibilities  You will be expected to carry out the following: The marketing and development of our company  Ensure all company policies and procedures are fully adhered to To manage, supervise and motivate a small and diverse team To mentor and develop our team members To regularly update and report to the Company Director. Criteria: Be able to demonstrate strong sales and marketing experience  A key understanding of the tourism and travel industry  Display excellent organizational skills and ability to problem solve  Be a hands on, innovative Supervisor who leads by example and promotes a team environment Flexibility in working hours – we are open 7 days a week Must have a Valid Driver’s Licence Computer knowledge – preferably MYOB and MS Softwares Good presentation, Honest, Reliable and Punctual Must speak good English and French is a bonus.
