Telecom Vanuatu Limited is seeking for a Tradesman to be based in Port Vila.
The job holder is responsible to assist in the
installation, testing, operation and maintenance /repair of copper and Fibre
Network from MDF/ODF up to customer premises meeting the customer satisfaction
and laid down quality standards.
Activities:
- Perform or
assist in, the installation of TVL products and services as per technical and
safety specifications and procedures
- Test and
operate, or assist in same, TVL products and services as per technical and
safety specifications and procedures
- Carry out, or
assist in maintenance schedules / tests and corrective action as required to
ensure reliability and quality of service
- To perform
tasks as assigned by the Line Plant Technician or higher officer
- Drive TVL
vehicles when required
- Practice Customer
Care Principles at all times to achieve customer satisfaction
- Promote a
positive / good image of TVL at all times and assist the Company in achieving
its vision and mission
- Be helpful
and flexible in assisting other TVL employees in the performance of their
duties
- Adhere to
safety regulations on all occasions
- Perform other cognate duties that may be assigned
by TVL personnel in authority.

- Fluent in Bislama and English language

- Valid driving license is a must
