| The Position | |
| This role will work closely with the executive and will oversee and direct all aspects of front office, housekeeping, spa and health club operations. | |
| | |
| Essential Selection Criteria | |
| ► Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration or related field. | |
| ► Strong Leadership skills in managing teams to drive for results. | |
| ► 5 years of guest service / hotel experience with two years in a management capacity or an equivalent combination of education and experience in 4 or 5 star properties or with international brand in the same position is a must and mandatory. | |
| ► Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities. | |
| ► Ability to manage complex relationships. | |
